What is a bridge pages and why I use it in some of the products and services that I promote as an affiliate is basically what happens is someone will enter their email address in the capture page and that will land on a web page which is my bridge page and this bridge page will help introduce myself and let them know who I am. It lets them know who the creator of the products or services I’m sharing with them is and I will give them a call to action to click the button underneath to direct them back to the to the sales page where they can view the sales video and purchase the product.
People Purchase from Who They Know and Trust
This lets my prospect know who I am it also tells them what bonuses they’ll go ahead and receive after they decide to get started then it also pre sells the offer so it speaks to my target markets pains a little bit. It speaks to the fact that people spend their wheels that they’re overwhelmed in the internet marketing world that they’re maybe putting a lot of time into their business but not seeing any results and then it goes ahead and it positions the affiliate offer that I’m promoting as the problem or the solution to those problems.
Providing it is the right fit for them or they’re business. I’ve personally made money online promoting other people’s products including my own and I think you can do the same for you so I just wanted to put a face to a name and just let you know there’s a real person behind this website and to subscribe because I’m going to be sending some emails about my story so you can get to know me a bit better and learn some tips and tricks finding success and making money online. I look forward to getting to know you.
Always Provide a Clear Call-to-Action
That’s pretty straightforward, so what I do is start by introducing and edit a short video myself with a call to action. I tell them I want you to click that button underneath this video once you’ve finished the video. I give the prospect the result that I currently achieved in my business in the of promoting okay just to show them that it does work and I let them know that I’ll be sending them emails and to have a look in their inbox because if the emails are coming from me and this is who I am and this is why you should open them up so it’s just a great way to introduce yourself and just to break that barrier that they’re purchasing from a real person and there’s a real person behind these emails. It builds authority and it builds that relationship because they’ve never seen you before or heard about you.
Improves Conversion and Email Open Rates
That’s literally all this video does now also why this works so well why this bumps up conversions is because it introduces me and so my email follow-up people pay more attention to my email follow-up my emails get more get open more get clicked more etc. I have more people coming back to my sales page so as you probably know only about 1 to 3 percent of people will ever purchase on the first point of contact will never purchase the first time they see a sales message. When you go ahead and insert yourself into the funnel just like I have here your email follow-up response rate will be that much greater the amount of times people come back to your sales page will be that much greater which will result in more sales and more profits for you and your business.
Call Me Maybe?
If you really want to take it to the next level go ahead and leave your phone number in the first email and tell them to call you in this little video that you go ahead and create.
How to Create a Bridge Page?
Now, I build all these pages in Optimize Presses. I’ve built very basic pages and just embed a video and add a button. It’s drag-and-drop and I did an in-depth review of Optimized Press 2.0 if you’ve never used it before and you want to check that out. I highly recommend it as I use it on my own blog. Optimize Press is super easy to use with a very low learning curve and the pages always look professional and very clean. I hope you got value out of this post and I look forward to connecting with you soon.
